Through his consulting and lead generation company PowerBridge, he helps businesses scale customer acquisition using contact center technology, AI powered communication systems, and high performance outbound sales strategies. He is also active in the BPO space, running call center operations in Egypt that support sales, customer service, and outbound marketing campaigns for U.S. based companies.

In the financial services space, Jake is the founder of Impact Financial Network, which owns True Blue Collar Financial. Drawing from his own background working underground in the coal mines, Jake focuses on helping blue collar workers protect their families and secure their financial future through life insurance and financial protection strategies designed for working class families.

Jake lives in Southern California with his wife TaShawnta, their son Davin, and their daughter Layla Belle.
